Dr. Lawrence J. Foley is a Partner in Nordli, Wilson Associates, management and consulting psychologists offering services to business and industry, educational institutions, government agencies, and individual clients. Dr. Foley has been a management and consulting psychologist with Nordli, Wilson since 1968. He did his undergraduate work at Boston University and his Masters and Doctoral work at Rutgers University. Prior to entering the field of psychology, he held management positions at Raytheon and at Dunn & Bradstreet. He has also held teaching positions at Rutgers University, Douglass College, and Boston University. His major professional interests have included organizational analysis and change, individual assessment and development, including management coaching, conflict resolution, managerial team building, and leadership development. He has been involved in a number of broad and long term restructuring programs to help organizations compete more effectively. He has written articles and put on seminars on a wide variety of management and organizational issues.
