NORDLI, WILSON ASSOCIATES LLP Management and Organizational Psychologists Return to previous page Lester L. Tobias, Ph.D., ABPP Dr. Tobias is Managing Partner of Nordli, Wilson Associates. He is a diplomate of the American Board of Professional Psychology, and he is licensed in Massachusetts. He is the author of a book, Psychological Consulting to Management, as well as numerous journal publications and articles in many areas, including: organizational culture; change management; and executive coaching, selection, creativity, and communication. He has consulted with a broad range of organizations throughout North America on organizational and cultural analysis and change, team building, leadership development, crisis management, executive selection and appraisal, multi-rater feedback, and many other areas. He earned his bachelor’s degree from Grinnell College, and his master’s degree and doctorate in Clinical and Counseling Psychology from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Prior to joining Nordli, Wilson Associates, he managed a mental health center in Colorado.  The American Psychological Association has elected him to be a Fellow, citing his excellence in advancing psychology.  It’s Division of Consulting Psychology has presented him with the 1991 National Psychological Consultants to Management Award of Excellence and the 2008 RHR International  “Perry Rohrer” Award for Excellence in Consultation.  Return to previous page
