Paul M. Harpin, Ph.D.

Dr. Paul M. Harpin is a Partner in Nordli, Wilson Associates, management and consulting psychologists. 

Dr. Harpin completed his bachelor of science degree in psychology at the University of Massachusetts.  He received both his masters degree and his doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology from Arizona State University.  While in Arizona, Dr. Harpin taught undergraduates in psychology at Arizona State University as well as at Scottsdale Community College and consulted to the university and to the local court system.

Dr. Harpin joined Nordli, Wilson Associates in 1981 and has been a partner in the firm since 1987.  During his years at Norldi, Wilson Associates, Dr. Harpin has worked extensively with business organizations and executive management.  He has consulted to a wide range of business clients from local entrepreneurs and business owners to multinational corporations.  He has developed competency based 360° feedback programs, designed cultural assessment tools and conducted organizational surveys for a variety of organizations.  He has also worked with numerous management groups on team building, strategic planning and succession planning and organizational change.

In addition to his organizational work, Dr. Harpin has also worked extensively with individual leaders and executives in assessment and coaching relationships.  He has helped individuals develop their leadership talent and capitalize on theirs talents and skills. 

Dr. Harpin has also helped organizations build for the future through assessment of key income talent and through helping organizations to improve their hiring skills.  He has also helped organizations through seminar and workshop programs in the areas of leadership development, listening skills, negotiation skills, stress management, and interviewing skills.
